Khalistani Entry in PUNJAB? Pannu Says ‘Punjab is not Part of India

In Punjab, the entry of Khalistani supporters has now surfaced in the case of preventing a girl from entering the Golden Temple. The Sikh For Justice (SFJ), a banned terrorist organization supporting Khalistan, has announced a reward of five lakh rupees to the SGPC (Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee) security guard who prevented the girl from entering and said “This is Punjab, not India.” The video related to this was released by SFJ chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. Pannu said that the security guard, Sarbjit Singh, who removed the girl from the Golden Temple, will be given five lakh rupees.
Pannu said that Punjab is not a part of India, and this message came directly from the Golden Temple. This announcement was made by a Sikh like Sarbjit Singh, who had a tricolor hoisted on top of the Golden Temple by the Indian government in 1984. Now, he cannot enter the Golden Temple. Sarbjit has conveyed this sentiment to the Indian government on behalf of every Sikh.
Khalistani flags to be hoisted on DC offices on April 29
In the case of preventing a girl from entering the Golden Temple in Punjab, now the entry of Khalistan has been announced. The banned terrorist organization, Sikh For Justice (SFJ), which supports Khalistan, has announced a payment of five lakh rupees to the SGPC serviceman who stopped the girl and said “This is Punjab, not India.” SFJ chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannu released a video related to this. Pannu said that the SGPC serviceman, Sarbjit Singh, who removed the girl from the Golden Temple, will be given 5 lakh rupees.
Pannu said that Punjab is not a part of India, and this message has come directly from the Golden Temple. This announcement was made by a Sikh like Sarbjit Singh. The tricolor flag that the Indian government hoisted over the Golden Temple in 1984 cannot enter the Golden Temple now. Sarbjit has conveyed this message to the minds of all Sikhs to the Indian government.
On April 29, terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu also threatened to remove the Indian national flag from all DC offices in Punjab and raise Khalistani flags there. Pannu said that on April 29, 1986, former Jathedar Gurubachan Singh Manochahal declared the creation of Khalistan. To fulfill his announcement, Khalistani flags will be hoisted in DC offices in all districts.
Another video of the woman surfaces
Amidst this, another video has surfaced of the girl who was stopped from entering the Golden Temple. In this video, the tricolor flag is not visible on the girl’s face. It is claimed in the video that the banned material was found in the pockets of the girl’s family members. The video claims that the girl was wearing a skirt, which is not allowed inside the Golden Temple. However, the same video shows clearly that the girl was not wearing a skirt but a frock and had paired it with slacks that went down to her knees.
Who is the Gurpatwant Singh Pannun?
Originally from the village of Khan Kot in Amritsar, Pannu obtained a law degree from Punjab University. Later, he went abroad and with the help of the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, he has been trying to revive the Khalistani separatist movement in Punjab. His father, Mahinder Singh, was a employee of the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board. Pannu was one of three siblings. Currently, he resides in the United States and Canada.
Pannu is one of the founders of the Sikh for Justice (SFJ), a separatist organization based in the United States. The organization was established in 2007. In 2019, the Indian government banned SFJ due to its involvement in separatist activities. For many years, SFJ’s most recent separatist campaign was the “Referendum 2020,” which purportedly aimed to liberate Punjab from Indian rule.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, which banned SFJ under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, states that SFJ supports separatism and extremism in Punjab, while operating from safe havens abroad and being active in other countries with the help of external forces.
